Effective Date: March 5, 2026
Last Updated: March 5, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WorldPath AI ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), accessible at worldpath.ai (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 Electronic Communications Consent
By using the Platform or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, Telegram messages, and other digital communications via the contact method you select. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This consent is provided in accordance with the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), EU Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
2. About Our Services
WorldPath AI is a global relocation and investment migration platform that provides: informational content about citizenship by investment (CBI), residence by investment (RBI), and visa programmes worldwide, comparison tools for evaluating immigration and relocation options, and a lead-matching service that connects users with licensed migration agents, legal professionals, and other qualified service providers.
2.1 Our Business Model
WorldPath AI operates as a lead generation and referral platform. When you submit a consultation request through our Platform, we collect your inquiry details (purpose, name, phone number, preferred contact method, and provider preference) and pass this information to an appropriate licensed service provider who can assist you. We do not provide immigration, legal, financial, or tax advice directly.
2.2 Important Disclaimer
The content published on the Platform, including programme descriptions, cost estimates, timelines, eligibility criteria, and comparisons, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute: legal advice or legal opinion, financial, tax, or investment advice, a guarantee of eligibility, approval, or outcome for any immigration programme, or a substitute for professional consultation with a licensed migration agent, attorney, or tax advisor. Immigration laws, programme requirements, and government policies change frequently and without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, we cannot guarantee that all information on the Platform reflects the latest regulatory changes at any given time.
2.3 Third-Party Service Providers
Service providers to whom we refer your inquiry are independent professionals and firms — not employees, agents, or representatives of WorldPath AI. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of services provided by any third party. Any engagement with a third-party professional is governed by a separate agreement between you and that provider.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain and promptly update your account information, keep your login credentials secure and confidential, accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account, and notify us immediately at team@worldpath.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if: you breach these Terms, you provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, your account is used for illegal or prohibited activities, or continued provision of services becomes impractical due to regulatory changes or sanctions compliance. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at team@worldpath.ai. Account closure does not automatically delete your personal data; please refer to our Privacy Policy for data retention details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, submit false, misleading, or fabricated personal information, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems, interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation, servers, or networks, use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform without our express written permission, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent, use the Platform to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or collect or harvest personal information of other users.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the property of WorldPath AI or its content licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The WorldPath AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WorldPath AI. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
5.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. This licence does not include: resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content, any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices, any derivative use of the Platform or its content, downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another party, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content or information to the Platform (including inquiry forms and messages), you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you, including sharing your inquiry data with relevant service providers. You retain all ownership rights in your submitted content.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Platform Access
Access to the Platform’s informational content and the consultation request service is provided free of charge. WorldPath AI generates revenue through referral arrangements with licensed service providers.
6.2 Third-Party Fees
Fees charged by licensed migration agents, legal professionals, government authorities, and other third-party service providers are separate from and independent of WorldPath AI. We are not responsible for, and do not control, third-party fees. All fee arrangements are between you and the respective provider.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee that any user will be approved for any citizenship, residence, visa, or immigration programme. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities and are outside our control. Programme eligibility criteria, investment thresholds, processing times, and acceptance rates may change without notice.
7.2 No Guarantee of Service Provider Quality
While we make reasonable efforts to partner with reputable and licensed service providers, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or outcome of any services delivered by third-party providers to whom we refer your inquiry. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any service provider.
7.3 Information Accuracy
We provide the Platform and all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. Specifically, we do not warrant that: the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, the information, content, or materials on the Platform are accurate, reliable, or current, any defects in the Platform will be corrected, or any results or outcomes will be achieved through use of the Platform.
7.4 Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and content, including government portals, news sources, and partner websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your interaction with third-party websites is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
WorldPath AI, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, costs of procurement of substitute services, damages resulting from any immigration application denial or programme changes, damages arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, damages arising from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, and any other intangible losses.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed USD $500.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorldPath AI, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, any content or information you submit to the Platform, your interaction with any third-party service provider referred through the Platform, and any infringement of any third party’s rights.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

10.3 Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest, government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes, pandemics or public health emergencies, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and third-party service provider failures.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorldPath AI regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
